Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure product quality and accuracy.

As our products are custom-manufactured according to specific client requirements, we maintain a strict refund and replacement policy under certain conditions explained below.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are applicable only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or mismatched with the approved order specifications.

  • A formal complaint is raised within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

  • Supporting evidence (such as images, videos, or inspection reports) is provided for verification.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, a replacement or refund will be initiated as per the agreed resolution.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Incorrect specifications or measurements provided by the customer.

  • Color variation, minor print differences, or texture variation due to material characteristics.

  • Custom-printed or personalized orders where production has already started.

  • Delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once confirmed and production initiated cannot be canceled.

  • In case of urgent cancellation requests before production begins, only the advance amount after deduction of administrative fees may be refunded at the company’s discretion.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and confirmation.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banking and payment gateway processes.

6. Replacement Process

If replacement is approved:

  • The replacement product will be manufactured and shipped within 10–15 working days (subject to stock and production schedule).

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests express delivery.
